### How to scent BEWIT Shea Butter PURE

1. Place the jar of shea butter in the water bath and let it melt slowly.
2. Stir the shea butter occasionally during heating with a thin tool, such as the other end of a spoon.
3. When the butter has completely melted, remove the jar from the water bath.
4. Add the necessary amount of essential oil.
5. Allow to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Heating time and dosage

A 100 g packet dissolves in approximately 7 minutes. The optimal amount of essential oil is approximately 35 drops.

A package of 230 g dissolves in approximately 11 minutes. The optimal amount of essential oil is approximately 80 drops.

African shea butter

Shea butter is produced by pressing the seeds of the African butter tree (//Butyrospermum Parkii//). These massive trees grow in the savannah belt of sub-Saharan Africa and are also known as shea or shea trees. Africans have always considered shea butter to be an important raw material for cosmetics, cuisine and traditional medicine.

In countries such as Burkina Faso, Mali, Ghana and others, it is of great economic but also social importance. According to tradition, the fruits are mainly collected and processed by women, who thus gain a chance for economic independence. Nowadays, the emphasis is also on sustainability and traditional methods of processing.

The BEWIT BIO Shea Butter PURE recipe contains 85% of this versatile raw material. It is of organic quality, with a slightly whipped and pleasantly creamy texture and thanks to the combination with other vegetable oils it does not melt so quickly .

Sunflower oil from Slovakia

In the production of our body shea butter we use sunflower oil from Slovakia of exceptional quality. This is due to the high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which moisturize the skin and have antioxidant effects.

Due to its unique natural conditions, this oil has a naturally higher concentration of healthy fats (up to 82% MUFA) and a lower content of unhealthy polyunsaturated fats (PUFA), compared to conventional sunflower oil, which can contain up to 74% PUFA. It is therefore less susceptible to rancidity and more stable at higher temperatures, extending the shelf life and effectiveness of the product.

Almond oil

Organic almond oil gently cares for the skin, nourishes it and protects it from dryness.

Raspberry oil

Organic raspberry oil is rich in antioxidants and promotes skin renewal and freshness.

Rosehip oil

Rosehip oil in organic quality acts against aging, helps regenerate and firms the skin.

Avocado oil

Avocado oil in organic quality intensively moisturises, nourishes and leaves the skin soft.

Argan oil

Nourishing organic argan oil moisturises, protects and supplies the skin with necessary nutrients.

Jojoba oil

Organic jojoba oil helps balance the skin, moisturises it and brings deep nourishment.

 
### Method of use

We recommend to start with a shower or bath. Then gently massage the required amount of shea body butter into clean, warm and still moist skin.

Tip: While showering or bathing, prepare the skin for the application of shea butter by gently massaging with a konjac sponge. Then you can also use one of our hydrosols.

Our shea body butter will serve you well at any time of the day or year. In the morning or evening, after showering, bathing, using a hot tub or pool, after exercise, or in any other situation when you want to give your skin care and regeneration.
