Lighten up your kitchen with our popular extra virgin olive oil, which will win you over with its high quality, delicious taste and pleasant aroma. With numerous benefits for the body, it is one of the pillars of a balanced diet.
Rely on our fine and 100% pure extra virgin olive oil. It comes from the best olives, which have been ripened under the southern sun, hand-picked and mechanically pressed under low pressure and low temperatures to bring out the best in them.
Olive oil forms the basis of the Mediterranean diet. It complements dishes with its typical olive flavour and aroma. Its high nutritional value and its unmistakable sensory properties make it ideal for cold cooking.
It is ideal for salads, spreads, dips, pasta, to garnish cold and hot soups, but also just for bread. Spaniards love bread with olive oil and tomato, while the Greeks love bread scented with thyme and olive oil.
Olive oil excels in its high proportion of beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, which can be as high as 70%. Environmentally friendly production preserves the maximum amount of minerals, fat-soluble vitamins and other important substances, including so-called polyphenols, which act as antioxidants.
Olive oil has a beneficial effect on the whole body and helps to maintain a slim line. Moreover, it benefits not only from the inside, but also from the outside. It is a part of nourishing and nurturing cosmetics for dry and problematic skin or anti-aging products.
A versatile green treasure for a healthy lifestyle.

### The millennia-tested olive oil
The European olive tree //Olea Europaea// is one of the oldest cultivated crops. It originated in Iran but soon spread to areas around the Mediterranean. It was highly valued by the ancient Greeks, for whom it was a symbol of wealth, abundance, power, fertility and peace. The olive tree, olives and their oil are mentioned many times in the Bible. This tree is an important symbol for Christians, Jews and Muslims. It has always been used for cosmetic, culinary and medicinal purposes.
Olive trees are specific in that they grow very slowly, with the first olives only after twenty or more years of growth. However, they thrive for an exceptionally long time, with trees fruiting for 150 years being no exception. Olive groves thus form a valuable family heritage that is passed on from generation to generation.
Just as we cannot imagine the arid Mediterranean landscape without the typical twisted trees with their grey-green leaves, we cannot imagine the local cuisine without olives and olive oil.
### Extra virgin – best quality and taste
Olive oil is produced by pressing olives. They are divided into several groups according to the production process. The highest quality is extra virgin olive oil, from the first cold pressing.
In order to bear this label, the olives must be processed within 24 hours of harvest, exclusively mechanically, under low pressure and at low temperatures of up to 27 °C. No solvents or other chemicals are used during the pressing of this quality olive oil. Then the oil is only filtered to get rid of the olive residue.
The acidity value of the olive oil is 0.58%, which indicates its high quality.
Glass packaging is available only for the 750 ml size of the oil. The 1l and 5l packaging is plastic.
