### Without tempering and with a patina on the surface

To comply with the principles of RAW product, we skip the so-called tempering process during production. This process typically occurs at temperatures around 47°C or higher, which is why we avoid these temperatures when processing PRAWTEIN. The cocoa butter naturally forms relatively stable, sharp-edged crystals, and any released fat may rise to the surface of the product, creating a patina.

Each PRAWTEIN contains different ingredients that can colour the resulting patina into different shades. However, these are not undesirable.

Green shades - herbs (five-leaved gynostemma, stinging nettle...) or seaweeds (saw kelp, Atlantic spirulina...).
