African shea butter

In the scorching savannas of sub-Saharan Africa, the shea trees, also known as African butter trees, grow. Pressing their seeds produces our favourite shea butter. In its natural habitat, it has always been regarded as an important raw material for skin care, cooking and in traditional medicine.

In countries such as Burkina Faso, Mali, Ghana, and others, it has great economic and social significance. According to tradition, the fruits of the shea tree are mainly collected and processed by women. This gives them the opportunity for economic independence. An important aspect of shea butter production is also the focus on sustainability and traditional processing methods.

BEWIT BIO Shea body Butter with Lavender and Chamomile contains 85% of this precious ingredient. In organic quality, gently obtained and processed, with a finely whipped texture that, when combined with other nourishing oils, doesn't harden as much, is pleasantly creamy, and exceptionally nourishing for your skin.

Sunflower oil from Slovakia

Sunflower oil enriches our shea butter with its exceptional quality, thanks to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which moisturize the skin and have antioxidant effects.

This oil is cold-pressed from sunflowers grown in picturesque Slovak fields, which gives it a naturally higher concentration of healthy fats (up to 82% MUFA) and a lower content of unsuitable polyunsaturated fats (PUFA), making the oil more stable and less prone to rancidity. Compared to conventional sunflower oil, which can contain up to 74% PUFA, this oil has better stability at higher temperatures, which extends its shelf life and effectiveness.

Organic raspberry oil is full of antioxidants and promotes regeneration and vitality.

### Method of use

We recommend to start with a shower or bath. Then gently massage the necessary amount of shea body butter into clean, warm and moist skin.

Tip: Prepare your skin for shea butter application even better by giving yourself a massage with Pure cognac sponge during your shower or bath. Or you can also use one of our hydrosols after shower or bath.

Our shea body butter will serve you well at any time of the day or year. In the morning or evening, after showering, bathing, using a hot tub or pool, after exercise, or in any other situation when you want to give your skin care and regeneration.
