### Instructions for use

Add two teaspoons (5 g) of the ground extracts to your favourite dish.

To prepare the drink**, add 1 teaspoon of crushed pomace to 250 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes and then strain. Drink 2 times a day.
