There are several types of oranges from which essential oils are made. The aroma can also vary depending on how the essential oil is obtained.
The aroma of red orange essential oil is deeper, fuller and warmer than that of the regular sweet orange. The classic pressed essential oil, on the other hand, smells sweeter than the SUN version, which has a more astringent and sour aroma due to the additional distillation.

Due to the furanocoumarins it contains, this essential oil increases the skin's sensitivity to UV rays. After applying it to the skin, it is therefore recommended to avoid direct contact with sunlight, preferably for 24 hours.
