### Reishi – a divine glossy mushroom with a long tradition

Reishi, or glossy ganoderma (//Ganoderma lucidum//), is a distinctive-looking wood-decaying bracket fungus. It grows on tree trunks, stumps, and roots. In China, it is known as Ling Zhi, in Japan as reishi. In Eastern traditions, it is not only a valued natural ingredient but also a cultural symbol of happiness, longevity, and life force.

In traditional Chinese medicine, reishi has held its place for over two thousand years. It was associated with replenishing vital energy Qi, harmonising the spirit Shen, and overall strengthening of the body. It was most commonly processed into decoctions, powders, and extracts. Today, it is one of the best-known vital mushrooms and is a subject of expert interest, among other things, for its natural content of polysaccharides and triterpenes.

Cocoa beans – the irreplaceable foundation of all prawteins

The basic ingredient of prawteins is 100% natural ORGANIC RAW fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After sun-drying, these cocoa beans are shelled and crushed into nibs. These, along with other ingredients, are then ground into a uniform mass – the resulting prawtein, using the gentlest method to date.

Unroasted cocoa beans themselves are a significant source not only of a wide spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and valuable phytonutrients, but also of high-quality cocoa butter, plant proteins, and effective antioxidants. Prawtein is still alive

Gentle handling, 100% natural ingredients, and low processing temperatures. This is a combination that allows prawtein to retain the maximum amount of vital enzymes = it is still alive.

Evidence of this vitality can also be slight enzymatic changes in texture and aroma. And this is despite the fact that the composition of prawteins is completely unchanging... Even in the wild, these changes are completely natural and desirable.

Every prawtein is completely safe. Naturally occurring antioxidants, a high proportion of quality fats, and essential substances with preservative activity help it in this regard.

Untempered and with a patina on the surface

To adhere to RAW product principles, so-called tempering is omitted during production. This usually takes place at temperatures around 47 °C and above. Cocoa butter then naturally forms relatively stable sharp-edged crystals, and partially released fat can rise to the surface of the product = a patina forms.

Each prawtein contains various ingredients that can colour the resulting patina in different shades. However, these are not a defect at all.

Beige shades – superfoods, such as Peruvian maca, carob, etc.
Green shades – herbs (Gynostemma pentaphyllum, stinging nettle, etc.), or seaweeds (serrated wrack, Atlantic spirulina, etc.).
Other colour shades, which vary depending on the individual types of prawteins.

Completely unique prawtein production

BEWIT® PRAWTEIN® products meet all RAW principles – with the gentlest technology available today, we regulate the temperature of the production process so that it does not exceed 42 °C. This prevents the loss of valuable, heat-sensitive substances and naturally occurring enzymes = we do not unnecessarily degrade the final product.

We designed the composition of prawteins so that not even a pinch of stabilisers, colourings, fillers, and other synthetic substances is needed. In development and production, we drew on the latest scientific knowledge, current scientific studies and procedures, as well as the experience of our ancestors. We also adhered to the principles of SPAGYRY – perfect plant processing procedures that are usually impossible to achieve.

An indispensable part are also the completely unique LIGHT ESSENCE and GOLD ESSENCE elements, for the production of which we use 24k gold. However, the exact production procedures are a trade secret of BEWIT®.

Dosage

1–3 espresso spoons (1 espresso spoon - 2 g) 3 times a day. (The bottle neck has been chosen so that a spoon larger than an espresso spoon cannot pass through it.)

100 ml of Prawtein corresponds to approximately 110 g, depending on the recipe this amount may vary slightly.

Once opened, consume within 3 months. Store in a dry place, protect from light, and close the packaging carefully after each use.
