It will facilitate the even dispersion of cosmetic ingredients and promote their penetration into the skin. Your skin will then remain supple, soft, and hydrated. Lecithin is particularly suitable for cosmetics intended for dry, sensitive, stressed, or irritated skin. It can also be used in gentle products for children.

Sunflower lecithin is an alternative to soy lecithin. It has a dark brown colour and a characteristic subtly nutty scent, which we recommend taking into account when designing the cosmetic product recipe.

It is insoluble in water and soluble in the oil phase. Therefore, it is usually added to the oil part of the recipe and is mainly used in the production of face and body creams, cosmetic milks, balms, masks, hair cosmetics, or lip products.

Because natural lecithin is more susceptible to oxidation, store it tightly closed, in a cool place, and away from light. This is a cosmetic raw material intended for further processing, not for standalone direct application.
