### Instructions:

Fry the rinsed buckwheat briefly in a tablespoon of hot oil. Add water – 2 parts of water to 1 part of buckwheat. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until soft.
Season or further use as directed in your recipe, or enjoy it on its own, for example as a side dish.
