### Characteristics of light spectra

Red light (650 nm)

It is suitable for use at any time of the day. It promotes relaxation, visual comfort and overall body harmony. In some scientific studies, red light has been investigated for its use in light stimulation of biological processes (photobiomodulation).

Blue light (465 nm)

It is often associated with feelings of freshness and activation. It is mainly used during the day, e.g. during work, study or activities requiring alertness. Due to its stimulating nature, it is not recommended for use in the evening before bedtime. Some traditional methods of its use are based on the principles of relaxation stimulation of areas around the nasal cavity.
